Our special two-day quality improvement (QI) and health professions education (HPE) pre-conference, Building the Bridge to Quality invites an interdisciplinary, interprofessional audience to come together to help establish the first steps towards creating a safer, more accountable heath care system — but the QI in MedEd programming doesn’t stop there.
ICRE’s Educating for Quality and Safety learning track offers a number of valuable and practical sessions that will equip participants to navigate the quality and safety movement in health care, including:
- Clinical Bedside Teaching in the Era of Quality and Patient Safety (pre-conference)
Thursday, September 29 (12:00 – 15:30)
- Optimizing the clinical learning environment
Friday, September 30 (15:45 – 17:15)
- Building a formal quality improvement (QI) infrastructure from scratch
Saturday, October 1 (10:30 – 12:00)
The full list of QI and patient safety sessions can be found here.
